Mark Simmonds
Mark is a trainer/facilitator specialising in the area of insight and idea development. He builds skills in individuals and teams and helps them deliver winning solutions.
An early career with Unilever was followed by two spells with marketing capability agencies, MTP and Brand Learning, the latter of which he founded with Andy Bird and Mhairi McEwan. He has designed and delivered programmes for a number of companies (e.g. Unilever, Nokia, Thomson Reuters, O2, AkzoNobel and InterContinental Hotels Group) across the globe.
He is half Polish, married with 2 sons and a daughter, loves all sports, and hates being late for anything!
Hanne Kristiansen
Hanne has enjoyed a rich and varied career in brand marketing and innovation, working for three international companies, United Biscuits, Diageo and latterly, Kellogg, where she was Head of Innovation in Europe.
She now works as an independent consultant, based in Barcelona, and has been involved in a number of innovation assignments in both Europe, Russia and North America for clients such as Sara Lee, Unilever and Diageo.
Hanne, Pippa Duffy (ex ?WhatIf!)and I are currently working together on an innovative new approach in the creativity arena.
Hanne loves Mauro and keeping fit!

Mike Barrett
Mike, once director of a PR and event management company, now operates as a freelance marketing trainer, running workshops for large international companies such as Unilever, Nokia, Henkel and Phillips.
He is my partner in crime in the writing arena, where we are currently in the middle of co-authoring a series of five articles for Training Journal, entitled The Business of Being Me. Due to be published in consecutive months, October through to January 2009, so watch this space!
Mike is happily married with three kids, coaches the local footbal side, hates arrogance, politics with a small ´p´ and chilli beans!

Sandra Green
Sandra is an independent business coach focusing on achieving performance results. Her approach is to re-align individuals through raising awareness of core belief patterns, personal values and purpose. She adopts a pragmatic, challenging and humorous style and is skilled at providing insightful feedback.
Sandra´s background is in Learning and Development where she has worked for The Boots Company, Littlewoods and Makro Wholesalers.
She lives in Cheshire with her husband and two children. Enjoys horse racing, golf and trips to the village pub!!

Alison Stiles
Alison designs innovative financial learning programmes for clients including Shell, Friends Provident, Waterstone´s and T-Mobile. She provides workshops and coaching in building the financial case for a new product launch.
Alison qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse and worked for Astra Zeneca as a finance manager, supporting new product launches in China and India. She has developed workshops on the financial implications of new product launches for Shell and T-Mobile.
Alison is married with two daughters and a cat. She likes horse riding, shoe shopping and eating chocolate, and dislikes pretension, gin-based cocktails, and getting her hair cut!
